Ive tried holding all three buttons for 15 seconds- nothing works. Ive tried holding the 'back' button and the right side button down as well. Nothing. Synced with phone- and restarted it.. still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hi there @puglet99, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with the back button on your Fitbit Blaze not responding. Thanks a lot for what you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out!
Now, when you say that you restarted it, if the button is not working, how exactly you did that? As a suggestion, you can do this as well from the tracker by going to the last screen to access the settings. Then, go to the bottom and tap on Shutdown and tap on Yes.
After that, press any button on your Blaze to bring it back on and see if the button responds now. If it doesn't, let me know. I'll be happy to help you out with this.

I experienced the same issue last night, and it is still not resolved. I can sync or place my blaze on the charger and it will go back to home. But once I'm in any menu - exercise, alarms, etc. - I cannot back out of that menu. I couldn't turn my alarms on last night and this device is my daily alarm! I cannot reset by holding the back button and the bottom right button, either. I checked that the Blaze is in the holder correctly, but just to be sure I also took it out and couldn't use the button. IF, however, the Blaze is off, I can use the back button to turn it on. This makes me think the problem is with the software, not the button itself (not the hardware). I hadn't done any updates or anything, this problem occurred out of the blue.
To clarify, I could not reset using the button, but I could use the "shutdown" feature in the tracker.

Hi there @ML7878, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're also having problems with this and thanks a lot for sharing all those details. It sounds certainly strange.
I can suggest setting up your tracker as a new device and see if this makes any difference. If after doing that, the button is still not responding after you turn on the tracker, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to take a deeper look.
Anything else, I'm here to help!
