Back button stopped working after updating the apps

My watch back button stopped working after apps force to update the latest version so I can sync my watch Blaze. But now it broke my watch!! Very disappointed and need help pls

I'm very sorry that the back button on your Blaze is not working 😕 Have you tried to restart it?

Since the button is not responding, you can do it from the tracker itself. For this, go to the last screen on your tracker for the Settings, there, scroll down and look for the Shut Down option and when it's off, press any button to bring it back on.

Alrd try to restart from last night till now at least 10times and still not working. Try again and it still the same. Updating apps broke my watch now. What should I do?
