Back button won't work

So had an issue with battery life draining abnormally fast. FitBIt kindly sent me a replacement. Have had replacement maybe about a month and now a different problem with replacement blaze - the back button will not work! Stuck in timer mode and cannot get out of. Anyone else ever have an issue with back button? Wish there was a way I could shut  blaze down other than via blaze itself

Does it work by chance outside the frame?

Can you do a restart? Do it at least 3 times.

It's great to see you here @JMdS and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

If you are having problems with your tracker's button, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy
