This seems to be a known bug. Keep an eye on the following thread where Fitbit are making updates:

Hi Steve  I earned a weight loss milestone today and I’m wondering how long it will take to get my badge.  Do you have any insight you can share?  I used to really be motivated by those five pound incremental badges and I’m starting to feel like they’ve just dropped off Fitbit. Thanks in advance

Hey Steve if you see this, the issue is fixed. I had imported the weight number from a non-Fitbit brand scale. When I deleted the weight and entered manually it recognized the increment goal!

I'm having the same issue regarding a weight loss milestone badge not showing up.

It appeared in my weekly recap email but nowhere to be found in app and on website.

How do I get it?
