Battery Issues with Blaze

My FitBit suddenly died on me today and now won't charge properly. It's saying the battery is full but only charging to the half way point. It's also saying the time is 12:22pm when it's now 15:52pm! 

There is an update but my app and tracker won't sync or connect either to do the update!

Hi, @JessicaKD93! I would suggest giving your tracker a quick restart and seeing if that helps. Press and hold the left and bottom right button, it will take about 10 seconds.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze? If you do, as suggested, please restart the tracker. After the restart procedure, follow the instructions in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? and Having trouble syncing? posts.
