Battery Life

I have had my blaze for 6 weeks now. It worked fine on the first two weeks. Since then I've been experiencing blaze battery issue. It never lasted for three days.

Now it's even worse. For the last three days, my blaze has been on and off without me intending it to. When I restart it, the battery suddenly went red, even though it was full before. Oddly enough, I only need to charge it for 10-15 mins and it will back full. Today this has happened three times. I can't stand it because I need to bring the charger wherever I go now. Any help would be appreciated!
