Battery Loss and Losing Time

Anyone else with a FitBit Blaze experience it dying very quickly after a full charge? I’ve been using mine for exactly two years and just recently it’s started to die within 2-3 hours of a full charge OR it will keep the charge but lose time and end up off like a slow wind-up watch. Trying to figure out if it can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced.

Hi @deanette24  try doing a few restarts of the Blaze when it's on the charger unit. More than likely, your Blaze is coming to an end. Mine didn't make it to two years, but it was close. Might be time for you to see which of the new styles suits you. The Inspire series is nice, but so is the Versa. So many choices. If the restarting works at all, it's just prolonging the inevitable. Let us know what you get!

My Blaze is also hitting the battery life wall (a little over a year old).  Full charge now only lasts about 3 hours.  Contacted Fitbit and they basically said “Sorry, there is no replacement battery for that model. We several new models available though!”  Not what I wanted to hear after spending $150+!
Not confident that any Fitbit product is built to last much more than a year.

Hi @Jking7789  some devices last longer than others as we use them differently. Some people use them casually and others use every possible feature. If you have a steady hand, there are places that sell the battery replacement kits. Most of my Fitbit devices lasted close to two years and some are still going. Sorry you're having a problem.
