Regarding your question, you will be able to see a battery icon with the battery level in the upper left corner of your Blaze display. You just need to swipe to the right to see it (like the attached image).
Now if you are asking for a battery percentage, no, the Blaze doesn't display the battery percentage, and unfortunately, there aren't currently plans to release an option like this for the Blaze, although battery percentage on device was released on our newest device, Fitbit Ionic.
