Battery charge only lasting an hour

I have read posts where peopl are saying their battery only lasts for 12hours. i would be happy if mine lasted that long it is lasting around an hour on a full charge. Has my watch had it? Purchased from costco probably 18months-2yrs ago. A very expensive watch if they only last this long!
