Battery charged but display not working

My battery is fully charged, green lights on the back are flashing but display is not working at all.

Did you get it set up correctly?

Try this:

Then this @ShellivpeTry a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help
Contact Support or take it back and exchange it where ever you got it
