Hi there. My boyfriend hasn’t used his Blaze for a while and when he tried to charge the battery it’s now completely dead. Any suggestions?

Hi @Ali1066  sometimes these devices don't revive when they've been left with a dead battery for a long period of time. Try a restart of the device several times and see if that revives it. Let us know what happens.
