As a student nurse who can not wear a Fitbit during placement and will not be able to when qualified, I place my FitBit in my pocket, however it does not count all my steps properly. A strap which could be strapped to a waistband could be very useful as it can still be used to count steps, hours standing, active minutes and a rough calorie count. Just a suggestion as it would be very useful for nurses, doctors etc.

The Inspire with out Heart rate can be used on the wrist and you can also buy a holder that clips on.
This would be the prefect device for you or anyone in your field.
