Hey there guys @Goldygo4 @Daniel_Wescombe, great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

@Goldygo4, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your battery only lasting 24 hours. @Daniel_Wescombe just gave some great advise here. I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options for you to get you back on track.

Let me know if you need more help!

I'm having the same problem with my iPhone 6. I have to charge it overnight and then again mid-day at times if I"m going to do a walk after work.

It started about 2 weeks ago, I believe. I'm not sure of the cause but I see similar issues with androids.

The problem a lot of us are having is iPhone battery drain. No issues with Fitbit device battery life here.

To add to the original post, I have pin pointed the problem to be the recent app update. The Fitbit app "background activity" is draining the iPhone battery at a high rate. In my case IPhone battery level goes from 100% to 20% in ~5hrs. The only solution I have found in 3 weeks, is to uninstall the Fitbit app until the app is updated with a fix.

Hey there @Champagne4u @Activo. Great to see you both in the Community Forums!

Thanks a lot for sharing that information with us @Activo. I don't have any confirmation on the app being the cause of the battery drainage on iPhone devices but I will sure pass this along to our team and as soon as I have any news on this matter, I'll be sure to let you guys know!

Anything else you may need help with, let me know!

Thanks for the reply. I have no issues with my iPhone. It's my blaze that
drains after 10hrs

Thanks for looking into this for

me. I heard from Fitbit. I passed my 1yr warranty in May 2017. Funny thing is, last year the same thing happened my Fitbit one which is why I purchased the more expensive Blaze. Seems to show a pattern. It may be worth looking a garmin

Hi there @Champagne4u. Thanks for getting back! 🙂

Hmmm... That's very curious.. I'm very sorry to hear that you're already out of your warranty 😕

Most of the time, when users are out of warranty, the Support Team will evaluate the situation and provide a discount which is applicable to any Fitbit tracker. If you're interested in something like that, you could check with them on this to take advantage of it.

If you need anything else, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

Good morning. They offered a 25% discount this time. They offered a
discount last year as well when my ONE tanked.

I don't feel this company has made a good product. I'd be curious to hear
if anyone has one 2yrs old & is still working.
