Hi, I've had my Blaze for about a year and a half. I charged it until fully charged and after about an hour the battery symbol was flashing and it went dead. After a year and a half this is pretty poor. Please help.

The Blaze batteries suck. Mine did the same thing. 1 year warranty They offered me 25% off a new Fitbit. I thought they could do better than that.

Hi there @Jono13, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze draining the battery faster than it should. I'd like to help you out with this.
I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hi, I completed your request a few days ago and you have not responded. Please can you advise next steps.
Thanks Jono
Best AnswerMy Fitbit blaze started doing the same thing this past week (I believe on Tuesday 01/08). I recently updated as well. Please advise as soon as possible. New year, new goals...and this is not helping unfortunately...
Thank you in advance!
Best AnswerI agree mine does not charge after 1 year plus. Apple Watch here I come.

Best AnswerHow on earth can this problem topic be tagged as "SOLVED", when hundreds (maybe thousands) of customers continue to report the same problem every day?
It is not only not "SOLVED", it is another case of shills blowing off customer complaints with the usual BS about "not charging properly" or some other such baloney.
The only *REAL* solution I have seen posted were from a no-longer-customer who scrapped his useless Blaze and replaced it with a competitor's product. Now THAT is a real solution!
mine is doing the same thing there was an update now my battery won't last more that 4 hours. What is going on and how di I get this resolved? I have tried all the suggestions and nothing works.
Best AnswerMine did same thing I did live chat with them and they took details of purchase and it was still under warranty and they just sent a email to look at ordered another and it was sent out straight away
Best AnswerI can’t seem to find a solved reply that is actually solved. Did you ever find out any trouble shooting tips how to resolve the battery problem? My Fitbit blaze lasts one day. Not even if I’m on a long hike. That’s it!
I used to like fit bit, now not so much
after weeks of searching you’d think there would be an actual solution posted. They can’t seem to offer one.
Very disappointing!!!
