I charge my Blaze battery full but it drains the charge in less than 24 hours. It used to hold the charge for 5 days.

I have had my Blaze since they first came out, I had a terrible week with my computer, ipad, cell phones etc all breaking,  I got a new computer and  new samsung phone, well and if you would believe it my blaze suddenly started playing up, maybe it was the new apps on both the phone and computer, but it would not hold a charge for more than 3-4 hours, and I have done all the connector  cleaning etc it seemed obvious to  do these things.  So i went out and brought a new Blaze,

I use my Fitbit so much i could not be with out it.  and then I tried to charge the new one, but it needs an update, and it keeps telling me it has low battery to do so, it has been charging for hours, I ;have switched on some other computers, and are now  attempting to try  charging on those, in case it is my new computers problem

What is going on, I have read the threads here, and maybe I should have done so before I went and brought a new one, I know that things have  lifespans, and thought it's time was up, but maybe it was something that happened when i downloaded the new app to my new devices it seems all to coincidental to me.  I am not happy at all

The firmware update sounds bad, i have had this in situations before on products, never good, the item never goes back to how it used be and I can never see why they want to fix something that seemed to be working perfectly well in the first place.

I dont wont to leave Fitbit but the Samsung watch is looking pretty tempting
