Battery drowning

Since the last firmware update my battery life dropped significantly. Lifetime of 4-5 days became 0,5 - 1day! That’s not really what I dream of. Anyone facing the same issue?

Hey there @SunsetRunner, a warm welcome to the Community!

If your tracker's battery is not lasting the time it should, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Yepp, I've seen this before and made sure everything is fine (even though I'm cleaning it on every recharge). I don't think it's an hardware issue. It takes almost 2h to fully charge the device. But even without activity, the battery is down to 20% within 3h :-(. So I will stop using it as it's unusable right now ... don't know if the last update was the fault. My device told me everything went fine, but the app told me there has been an error Smiley Frustrated .. but everything seems normal and fine .. if we take the battery issue aside ... I even tried to turn off live data as this seems to be the "guilty one" .. but even with this, the battery was down to 20% after 3h without activity (and 2h of charging ...).. Any idea?

My suspect is, that it happened after the last firmware update. Any way to make a step back to the last version for testing purposes?
