Sounds like you may have gotten bad batteries. Mine has lasted 4 days so far. I would contact customer support.

I read that turning off "all day sync" significantly improves battery. Might want to fully charge it, turn off all day sync, and then see how it is.

Do you have all day sync turned on? Typically in my experience, this kills my battery overnight.  I got rid of it quick. Also, do you play with it a lot? I played with mine all day the first day I got it and it went down to 50%. If you have call, text, and calendar notifications, they will put a drain on the battery as well. For a longer lasting battery, turn off all of these extra features.

@shimer5 @Colleen_1 Welcome to the Community! Your Blaze's battery can last up to 5 days. Because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary. As @Salpal23 and @SunsetRunner mentioned the battery may last less than 5 days if you're using all the features on it. You may want to check How do I maximize my tracker's battery life?.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

@Fizzie94 @Salpal23 @SunsetRunner @SunsetRunner Thank you for your input Robot Happy
