My battery life is reducing every day. It flashed red yesterday so at 4pm I fully charged it. Wore it overnight and at 7am it's flashing red again. Less than a day now.

@Lauracarpenter my forst thought is did you check the battery to see if it was full yesterday?

Whats the battery level shown on the Blaze, or the website.

Hi, I did check the battery. Totally full when I took it off charge last
night. It was on charge between 4pm and 10pm so I know the fully charged
reading was accurate. It has been going down gradually over weeks. Started
off getting 4 days out of it. I was happy with that because I know I have
every functionality turned on. Laura

4 hours is way to long to keep on the charger, 2 should be more than enough.

Ideally lithium batteries should never be charged more than 90%, or let get below 30%, but we live in an imperfect world.

You could contact.fitbit.com  and have them look at the back end of the tracker.

Unfortunately I'm a busy person so can't sit by it and take it off charge
after 2 hours. I do take it off as soon as I can though. That being said,
reduction in battery life caused by over charging doesn't happen after a
couple of months of having the product. I suspect there is a fault with the
battery so I'll see what Fitbit say.

Hi

I've done some tests with the Fitbit customer service team and theyre
sorting it for me. It looks as though I've got a faulty battery.
Thank you everyone for the advice.
