Battery suddenly stopped charging. I bought a new charger too. But still not charging. And no service center to show the device to!

i have similar problem.  cradle does not attempt to charge the battery at all.  tried all troubleshooting tips, nothing......

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. If you are having issues charging your trackers, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
