I updated my Fitbit Blaze yesterday and I really regret doing so. After the update. The tracker just lose battery in 2 hours and make this device useless. Also, the green flashing sensor has no light anymore (yes, the device is on) and when put on my wrist, there is no pulse detection (of course, no flashing light anymore). I contacted Fitbit team and they said it is because of the new phone I am using (Samsung S8).
Ok, I deleted the device from the app and delete the app from the phone. Guess what? no change, this device is a totally brick now. I followed up with Fitbit team again and guess what they say? Go ahead and buy another Fitbit, we give you 25% off, blablabla. Is this trick sounds similar to you? Like when you update your iOS and your old iPhone getting slower, battery drains faster? This is the same Fitbit is doing. To tell you the truth, I will not buy any Fitbit anymore. Shame on you, Fitbit, you think you are apple?

I have this problem. Fit bit drains in 3 hours. Sensor lights not working. Reset. Shutdown. Uninstall app. Reinstall. Buttons to restart don't even work now. Only had it 5 months. Tried everything
