Battery not lasting

Hi,

My Blaze shows battery drained, when put on charger, it shows it is charging and it is syncing with my phone and receiving notifications. When I removed it from the charger is is not holding the charge. I have left it to charge for an entire day, it showed full charge, but when removed, it was showing empty.

When put back on the charger, shows charging, but will not charge past the first "red bar".

Not sure what to do next.

Thanks

Mike

Hey there @Smitty70. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that the battery on your Blaze is not lasting as it should 😕

You should normally get 5 days of usage with a full charge. I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

I have fully charged the Blaze. When it comes off the charging cradle, it shows drained.
I restarted the Blaze well on the cradle, then synched it, but now doesn't seem to charge at all.
While on the cradle it still syncs and receives notifications.
I have emailed support as well. They are looking into the matter.
Thanks for the suggestion.
