Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Battery charges ok, just don’t get notification when battery is fully charged. Get notification when battery is low though. This happens for both my Surge and Blaze. Used to get battery full notification before recent firmware upgrades.

It's great to see you around @chazbendle. Regarding the battery notification, where you usually receive it? Have you restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Hi Alejandra, I have done as you suggested and it has made no difference, still no notification when blaze battery fully charged.

Are you syncing your tracker while charging @chazbendle? Keep in mind that in order to receive this notification, you need to be constantly syncing your Blaze. Also, check if your phone is a compatible mobile device.

Let me know how it goes. Smiley Happy

Tracker is connected and synchronized with app, I get notification of battery low, but when battery is fully charged I get no notification of the battery being full. App on phone shows battery is full. This happens for both Blaze and Surge. Before recent updates I was getting battery full notifications on my phone.
