Battery on clock face

I charged my Fitbit yesterday and I looked at my watch tonight and it said the battery was almost dead. When I synced the blaze to the app, the app said I still have 100% battery life. Any idea why I am getting two different results? How do I know which is correct?

Thanks in advance.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend @WendyB worked? If your tracker working properly now?

Thank you for the warm welcome @AlejandraFitbit and thank you for the advice @WendyB

Unfortunately this method did not work for me. I am going to charge it again and see if anything changes. If that does not work, I will contact customer service.
