Hey guys I have a fitbit blaze approx just over a year old. Last few days the battery is only lasting max 5 hrs on a full charge and Heart rate monitor has stopped working I've tried a hard reset but still no joy anyone else had any issues like this
Same here. I had no issues until about five days ago when the tracker would run out of battery in 6 hours or so. I've tried several of the fixes offered on troubleshooting websites but none have worked so far. If anyone has any ideas I've tried rebooting shutting down deleting and then re adding my blaze to the app. It seems that there needs to be a software update because I've seen a lot of people with this issue on the different troubleshooting sites
Interesting, I have also noticed battery dying very quickly and heart rate monitor not working at all the past 5 days. I have tried every trouble shooting technique available
SO it seems to be fixing itself. The battery is holding charge for a few days now, HR seems more correct and the sleep monitor (which had stopped for a few days) seems to be working again. Have patience and faith I guess. Good Luck, L
Hi I went through the trouble shooting for this a few weeks ago and it has gradually returned to normal except it is not capturing my sleep as accurately still. That is slowly getting back to normal now. I don't remember all of the steps I followed but you can google easily. L
