Hi All,
received my blaze for Xmas and have never had a problem. Today I noticed my screen was frozen and I followed the steps from one of the comments I read on here. That problem is resolved, but now, on my screen it is showing that my battery is dead, ( one red bar) however on my phone it is showing a full battery life, and I received no notification that battery was dying.
how do I fix this issue?

You will need to charge Blaze.
The reason the app says that it is charged and the reason no low battery notice was given is because the Blaze hasn't synced in a while. Your app will tell you when the last sync was. The app only knows the battery level during the last sync
After it has charged you will need to sync the tracker to set the time.

Okie...that is true...so then my next question, how long will it take to charge...be charging last 30 Minutes and still showing red...never had this happen before

Are you using your phones charger or a computers USB port? Please use a wall charger.
I find it sometimes takes a few hours before any life is seen.
