Blaze freezing

Anyone having trouble with their Blaze freezing as far as counting steps? I was in competition with a friend at work and we compared steps -- two hours later I realized my steps hadn't moved -- I'm a nurse and work in a hospital...not even possible!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
