Not syncing complete information and to Strava

I am connecting my Blaze to an iPhone and have two issues since yesterday.

1: Yesterday morning I cycled and it was fine. In the afternoon, I cycled again, and the activity sync'd OK to Fitbit (time/speed/distance all seem correct for what I did) but did not sync to Strava. (I had the error the other day where it wasn't syncing and had to reconnect through strava.fitbit.com so I tried that again and it made no difference)

2. I went for a run this morning. When I stopped the activity on my watch it was a little over 30 minutes.

When I check the app (or the website) it says I was only active for 20 minutes. I've tried the obvious like:

-pulling down in the app to make it sync

  -closing and re-opening the app

  -restarting the phone

  -restarting the watch

-updating to the new iOS app the came out yesterday

Anybody else experiencing this? Is there some way to force a sync of the partial missing data?

Thanks for your participation in the Community @LurchZA and for troubleshooting this by yourself.

I will be glad to help you with your issues. Regarding Strava, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Now about the information that you are syncing to your Dashboard, is your exercise pausing at any way, could you please provide me with a screenshot with the information recorded?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

Hi @AlejandraFitbit,

I've followed the post you recommended.

Should it then sync my missing ride and run or do I need to do a new activity to see if it sync's?

With regards to the other issue, as you can see in the screenshot below, it says the activity is 30 minutes and 13 seconds, but if you look at the bottom it says that it's 19 minutes of 28 active minutes. (Initially it said of 20 minutes but I had the watch on while walking around so it changed to 28)

I'm having the same issue of my activities not syncing to Strava since yesterday afternoon. I've done the steps in the link you suggested. everything is up to date as well.

Also having exact same issue. My runs are logged on my Fitbit dashboard with gps etc, but not syncing to strava. Have tried all suggestions. Have also contacted strava but they have suggested contacting Fitbit direct. Thanks all. Hope it’s all solved soon!
