My blaze for the last two weeks has been dying every few hours but as soon as I plug it into charger it says it’s at 100% is there a way to get a new battery?

HI @Clmaci

Guess you tried restarting your Blaze? There is no battery replacement for these devices from Fitbit. You could do an internet search and see if anyone has figured out how to replace the battery. I do know it would require a steady hand, sharp eyes and some soldering. Sorry this isn't an easy answer to give you.

The update from a few weeks ago did this. They are offering a 25% discount if your fitbit was impacted by the update. If you want a new one, reach out to support to get your discount. But give 25% off a new watch is pretty ridiculous when they update caused this.
