Blaze screen won't swipe

the screen of my blaze is behaving erratically. i am unable to swipe to next subject nor once with more difficulty i go to next screen i am not able to go to the sub sections of the screen. Otherwise the count is correct and i have reset the watch by pressing the buttons as prescribed. please help
