Blaze notifications not working correctly

My blaze started this morning buzzing the last notification. So I turned off notifications. Now it alerts me there are no notifications every 10-30 seconds. 

 

I've tried the restart. I've tried the shutdown. The Blaze won't stay shutdown. It will automatically reboot without being touched, and without seeming like any buttons are pressed. 

 

Please help, this is driving me insane.
