I am wondering what the best exercise or activity type would be good for me in regard to steps tracking, calorie burn, etc. A normal session includes interval running on the treadmill for 20 minutes, lifting weights for 15, 10 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, then 15 minutes of weights.
I have been just using "workout" but I am trying to see if there is a better fit for data tracking such as circuit training or something else to get the most out of my workout data-wise?

Hi, @jasonswartout47 , it depends on what information works best for you. "Workout" or "Circuit training" are really just names... But you might find it useful to track your runs separately from your weights, as you will get a little more information that way. I think that is how I would do it -- so each gym session will have 4 activities.

I have not tried circuit training so I am not sure what it will say but I know that when I do workout, it tracks different things (in the summary at the end) than if I do something like treadmill. I understand that tracking 4 different activities would give me good results but I would rather not have to stop a workout and start a new one 3 times during my workout. So I am trying to find the best activity that covers the most bases, most accurately.
Is there any insight on the accuracy of calorie burn when doing circuit training as compared to the generic workout selection? I know I have read that they will report different levels of calories burned.
