My screen is black, I have tried to re-set, and placed in charger. Nothing is happening, my app can not see my blaze. (Operating with IOS, app is updated, updated the blaze with app last night) The heart rate monitor is flashing like it is working properly.
Any suggestions...

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker has stopped working and that it seems that restarting or putting it to charge doesn't help 😕

I have the same issue any answers on a fix? I pulled it off the charger this morning but it was out of date so I was int he process of trouble shooting the sync (as it works barely) and I was told to shut down the fitbit and I did that but the green ligths for the heart rate stay on and now I can't do anything.

Legit sane it just happened today it was dead last night I plugged it up showed chargung like normal this morning was dead so i assumed I never cut my power bix on so I charger it nad I thought I saw it show the charging battery but I dont know for sure or not if it did but now I have a black screen but I'm guessing a working heart rate monitor any help is appreciated
