Black Screen...need guidance

I do not do much with my Blaze except tell time and occasionally watch my heart rate. So after this new update yesterday, was something that I missed?  Looked at my wrist today to see the entire face gone black.  I cannot restart it, I cannot charge it, nothing I can do.  Please tell me!!??  With some step by step guidance please....

Never mind.  I figured it out.  Pretty sad that "how to restart" is not an option anywhere.  Thank you!

I have the same issue and I tried restarting it but the screen stays the same.
