my Fitbit blaze started spazzing then the screen went black. I’ve tried to reset but nothing.

I spoke to a great customer service person on the Fitbit Chat and they replaced it for me. Awesome!!!

My screen went all black. I’ve tried to reset but nothing. He was fully charged. Counted my steps and at 900 in the morning the screen went all black. Same problem as you. Where did you spoke to the customer services? On fb ...
