Black screen

My blaze is fully charged but when i put it on the screen is black and wont do anything but when i put it back on the charger the screen lights up and its fully charged. Im not sure if i have warranty on it or not. I bought it at Walmart about 2 months ago.

Customer service was great! They are shipping me a new pebble to replace mine
