Best AnswerI don't have this issue on my phone. Syncs fine.
Best AnswerI had one last try before I left for work (maybe my 10th attempt to pair of the morning) and all of a sudden it worked. I didn't conciously do anything differently. I would be interested if anyone has any theories as to why it paired at this last attempt, but would not before.
Peter.

Hi there guys @MrSausages @Sublight @Driver8666. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
Sorry to hear you're having problems with your Blazes not syncing... I can recommend setting up your trackers as new devices. For that, make sure to first restart your trackers by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds. This will make the tracker to reboot and after that, you can proceed.
On you app, go to the Account section and look for the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions and after the tracker has been added back, it should sync properly.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!
