My Fitbit is fully charged, I know this because it's synced to my phone and it shows that it's a full battery. When I take it out of the charging dock, it goes completely black. I've tried holding down the left and bottom right button for 15 seconds to reset the tracker, but nothing. I'm not sure what else to do. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
