Time Zone Won't Update

My time is four hours off...cant change it to right time..even turned off zone..then automatic time zone...no change

Welcome to the Forums @Jennls. If your tracker is not showing the correct time, I recommend restarting your Blaze, change your timezone to a complete different one, sync, put the correct time and sync again.

 

To change your timezone, do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the account icon
  2. Slide down and tap advanced settings
  3. Tap timezone
  4. Select your timezone
  5. Sync
