I was wearing my Blaze and noticed the screen is blank.The green LED lights were blinking. I put it on the charger thinking it needed charging. After charging overnight (LED still blinking) the screen is still blank.

Hello did you find out what caused the problem of your blaze because mine has done it 3 times now in the last week, it seems to shut off because when I power it back on and it still had a fully charged battery

Reset my blaze still can barely see my screen it is set to max but very dark.

@Bratt thanks so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue with your Blaze screen. I would like to confirm if your tracker's screen is dark all the time or only when it is exposed to sunlight?

Mine is doing the same thing. I have reset my screen but it’s still black. Everything is working and keeping track but the screen is completely blank. What’s going on? I feel completely lost when I don’t wear it! Please help!!
