I use my Fitbit Blaze usually everyday. And everyday I wake up in the morning, I go to the gym, and I use the weight tracker while I do it. Today I used the weight tracker and it said I had worked out for 47 minutes, and burned 312 calories. When I went to sync it to my Fitbit app, no active minutes appeared and it never tracked my exercise. I tried simply logging the exercise after and it told me I didn't burn any calories in my work out. I have tried disconnecting the device, re-syncing it with both the app and the Bluetooth connection and still all that appears are my Steps, Sleep, Floors, and the base calories burned for those.

Hi there @iAmRyanPerry. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you were having problems getting your active minutes to sync to your dashboard... That sounds pretty strange. Thanks though for troubleshooting this yourself!
Just for you to keep it in mind, in order to earn active minutes, you need to keep the same intensity for as long as possible for each active minute to be accounted. Now, in your situation, if it didn't record any active minutes at all, there might be something going on with your tracker itself. I can probably suggest restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, try it out and see if your active minutes appear on future activity sessions. Let me know how it goes!

I'm having the same problem. In all honesty, I've been having nothing but problems since I got my Blaze. I had to use my warranty the day my device arrived because it wouldn't charge. And now the new device won't sync.
I've tried trouble shooting as well. I've restarted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turning the bluetooth on and off again, but nothing has worked.
I'm seriously questioning the quality of these products.

I don't know if this is a problem that only Android users are experiencing, but after the initial trouble shooting i noticed that the Blaze appeared in my bluetooth setting as an "input device." I went into the bluetooth settings and shut that off. After that I was able to sync the device.

The Blaze Classic would appear as an input device, The Blaze will not.

Same problem with my Versa. The calories and active minutes are not syncing in the mobile app. However, these info can be seen in the device.
