Blank screen

I have a Blaze and it seems to be charged and according to my Dashboard it's even synced.

However, when I remove it from the charging cradle, the screen is blank; no green lights on the back...nothing. From what I understand you should be able to turn it off and restart it, but since there is no screen, how do I do that?

Is this a battery issue?

Hello @Cerry, it's good to see you visiting the Community forums for the first time.

Thank you for all the details about what you've been experiencing with the display of your Blaze that is completely blank.

Even if the screen is blank, it should allow you to complete the restart when following the steps listed here below:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

However, if the display is not responding at all after you press and hold the back buttons and it doesn't allow you to complete the restart, I can go ahead and send your information to the Support team for further assistance with this. Please let me know.

Please keep me posted.

I took it out of the charging cradle & tried the buttons without the frame & with it (no screen either way)

Now that it's back in the charging cradle the Fitbit logo is staying on and won't change (before at least I could see the date, # of steps, etc (which was correct, BTW).

Still no green lights in back....
