I've seen a couple similar posts, but nothing better than assumptions that it's the design. The 'Ace' design, and I believe 2 others, cut off the top & bottom. My favorite clock face is the Ace (due to having the day, date, actual steps along with the analog clock)...but I find it extremely hard to believe that cutting off the top and bottom to make it so you can't see the 54 to 6 minutes of the hour dots nor the 24 to 36 minutes are a purposeful and well chosen design intention?? This makes it so, to a point, you can't accurately tell the time with 100% certainly 40% of the time!! Suggestions, ideas, fixes, etc?
Reluctently my only option seems to be to choose a digital face instead...unless I'm completely missing something or am nearly alone in thinking that cutting off 40% of a watch's ability to show completley accurate time is a bad idea.
Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Forums @jjensmo. I think it would be great to have an improvement in the clock faces. I took the liberty and searched for a request like this but didn't find any. Please feel free to visit our feature suggestions board and share your opinions or you can take a look at the Blaze clock design-your-own request, vote for it and leave your comment.
Catch you later.

Interesting - and good idea. Thank you for the tidbits, and the 'warm' welcome (I live in MN, overnight it was ~ 15 below zero, so I can use it!!!). Thx!!!
