Blaze Alarm

I have the blaze and love it. Unfortunately, for the last few weeks, the alarm won't work. I have tried deleting the Blaze from my mobile device, reinstalling it, and deleting all alarms entirely. None of this has worked, each time I set an alarm it does not go off when it is set to. Any suggestions?

I have you tried restarting it?  

Here are the steps:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, please try and restart your iphone as well.  I find often times it's the iphone rather than the fitbit itself.

Thank you for your reply. Those are great suggestions and I have tried each of them. It's still won't work. Any other thoughts?

Scroll over to the Alarms section on the Blaze and see if the alarms are showing up there and are enabled. I have found at times they are there, but enabled. Otherwise, I would contact support.

It could be possible that your motor isn't working properly.  I had to return my first Blaze for this reason.  Mine wouldn't vibrate. 

 

To test.....set a countdown timer on your Blaze.  It could be just for 10 seconds to see if when the time runs out if your Blaze will vibrate.
