Best AnswerScroll over to the Alarms section on the Blaze and see if the alarms are showing up there and are enabled. I have found at times they are there, but enabled. Otherwise, I would contact support.
Best AnswerIt could be possible that your motor isn't working properly. I had to return my first Blaze for this reason. Mine wouldn't vibrate.
To test.....set a countdown timer on your Blaze. It could be just for 10 seconds to see if when the time runs out if your Blaze will vibrate.
