Blaze App Notification Re-Enabling On Its Own

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I originally had my corporate email enabled for notifications in my Fitbit App Notifications, but I keep turning it off and it keeps coming back on. (I get way too much work email to want my wrist buzzing htat often.) Any advice?

Great to see you here @Leahweisman. If your tracker is paired and you turn on your bluetooth, you will automatically receive notifications. I recommend turning the notifications off directly from your tracker by doing the following:

1. Press the upper right button

2. In notifications select "Off"

In this way you won't receive notifications and you can turn them on whenever you want or you can also turn off your phone's bluetooth.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
