Blaze/App giving incorrect steps

I don’t know if this is the app’s fault or my Blaze, so I’ll start with the Blaze. I will log steps all day with my Blaze, and then when it syncs to the app (I am using an iPhone 7+), my steps will disappear and both the app and Blaze will only show about 200 steps total for the day. I had just under 10k steps today, and have been close to 10k steps each day for the past week or two, but I keep losing all my steps and it’ll only show 192 steps for today.

Hello @Whitewolf7969, welcome to the Community forums. I'm sorry for the late reply, and to see that you've been experiencing this with your Blaze not syncing all your information to the app.

 

Regarding the app, it's possible that the information is not being updated properly after you sync your data. Before considering other options, please try to logout from the app, then restart the phone and log back in to check if your information is displaying correctly.  

 

If you haven't done so already, make sure that you've also tried to restart the Blaze following these steps, and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
