Blaze Battery Issues

I've been having issues with my Blaze for last few weeks. At first, the green lights did not blink and the battery only last 3 to 4 hours. I read some other posts and did a hard reset, which solved the lights matter. However, the Blaze still doesn't track my heart rate and the battery still drained quickly. Now, the battery won't charge at all. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If you are outside the realm of an RMA, you'll have to consider a battery replacement, and I haven't yet seen a vendor supported option for this.

I had the same issue. My advice don’t buy another Fitbit. Don’t bother with a replacement. The one they sent me must have been sitting uncharged for months because the battery was even worse then the original. As soon as it went past the 365th day they told me to pound sand. Disgraceful company.
