My blaze battery only lasted 1.5 years. Warranty is only good for a year apparently. Very disappointed! Good luck!

I have done everything that you indicated in the email. I’ve cleaned the little the back of it and charged it again overnight and it still is not holding a charge.  My Blaze Continues to not hold a charge even after this long period of time. I would like to know if my Blaze can be replaced.

My Blaze battery stopped charging fully last week. It seemed to happen immediately after I installed the latest update. Before installing the update I would get 2-3 full days before needing to charge it. Often getting 3-4 days. Now after updating the software last week, it only holds the charge for 2 HOURS! Even when just sitting and NOT exercising, viewing, or accessing features.

I have kept the PR feature disabled almost since I first got the Blaze, when I noticed the fast drain of the battery when it was active, and only use it rarely when exercising.

I did have some alarms set, but did not see a significant drain from them, and have now disabled them. I usually have the Notifications Feature active, but have NO devices that I believe are capable of sending notices or control music, so have now turned it off. I never use the Exercise, FitStar, Relax or Timer features.

I do like the Exercise Reminders, but have always had them on.

I believe I have always had the Bluetooth Classic feature turned off.

I have always had Quick View turned on at max brightness.

Now I have version 17.8.402.1 installed, which I updated on 4/21/19 or 4/22/19.

Nothing else has changed since installing the update, except battery life.

It went from 2-3 days and is now 2 hours or less.

I have restarted the Blaze, but have seen no improvement in battery life.
