My blaze 2 (Purchased in 2014) stopped syncing on April 19th. The phone shows my bluetooth reached out to it... but nothing happens. I've tried all the recommended "cures" mentioned online to correct the problem but nothing has helped. Will I loose all the days and accumulated steps that don't show up?

Thank you for your efforts trying to resolve the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing your device. Most Fitbit devices record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days and can store daily totals for up to 30 days. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and if you continue having difficulty with syncing, I would like to confirm if you've tried the complete troubleshooting steps at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue persists, please confirm the model of your Fitbit device and the model of your phone you use to sync the tracker.
