Blaze Battery ran down & now Heart Rate tracker won't work

This is the first time that my battery ran all the way down (couldn't find charger). Charged it this morning and now it's counting steps but the Heart Rate Tracker is not synched (not showing any bpm). Is there something that needs to be done on my phone to synch it correctly?

I also have this problem. Battery died during the night and now won’t fully charge. Heart rate monitor alsonot working. I’ve checked the troubleshooting guide and nothing helping! Only a couple of months old too!
